Our Story
Aging Angels was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founder, Heather Williams, watched her own grandmother struggle to find consistent, compassionate care after a fall left her unable to live independently. The caregivers who came and went were often rushed, impersonal, and unfamiliar with her grandmother's routines, preferences, and personality.
That experience planted a seed. Heather knew there had to be a better way — one built on genuine relationships, not just task lists. In 2015, she launched Aging Angels in Minneapolis with a small team of hand-selected caregivers who shared her vision: that home healthcare should feel like having a trusted friend by your side.
Today, Aging Angels serves families across the Minneapolis metro area, providing personalized care that adapts to each client's evolving needs. We've grown, but our heart hasn't changed. Every caregiver we hire, every care plan we create, and every family we serve reflects the same commitment that started it all.

Heather founded Aging Angels after seeing firsthand the gap between the care seniors deserve and what was available. With a background in social work and over 15 years in elder care, she leads the team with warmth, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Marcus Johnson
Senior Caregiver & Trainer
Marcus has been with Aging Angels since the beginning. A certified nursing assistant with a gift for connecting with clients, he also leads caregiver training — ensuring every new team member meets the high standards our families expect.

Memory Care Specialist
Sofia holds specialized certifications in dementia and Alzheimer's care. Her calm, patient approach and deep knowledge of memory care best practices make her an invaluable resource for families navigating these challenging conditions.
